I try to get to New York three to four times a year and the main purpose of my trips is always centered around seeing a show, typically more than one show, typically three to four shows in a three day weekend. It’s all about the scale of values. If I only see one show then I’ve spent a lot of money for one show; however if I see three or four shows all of a sudden the cost per show is significantly less. See it’s perfectly logical…to me.
